History of the Cove
Hoboken Cove, where we hope to have our permanent home, is located at the northernmost end of Hoboken and the river.Take a walk down to see this large, protected area of calm water.
It's the perfect spot for a park, public boathouse, and free kayaking!
The best views of the cove are from the north side of the public Hoboken Tea Building Walkway, which also offers great views of Manhattan.
The cove was first discovered by Henry Hudson, who anchored his ship in the cove on October 2, 1609. Nearly 400 years later, we have the opportunity to make sure that this peaceful site and water can be enjoyed by everyone for many years to come. You can help!
